Black Artist of the Week - Jemarble

During times like these we often look at art and photography as an outlet to express ourselves. As viewers, we are often influenced by the many ways that a piece of art can conform without the use of words. In today’s society, black artists are actively showcasing their talents through social media and other outlets to attract people to their work. An artist that we would like to highlight is the Houston based artist, Jemarble, that is known for his remarkable and artistic oil paintings, aw-inspiring photography, and creative graphic designs.

Jemarble is known for creating wonderful oil paintings of the likes of Erykah Badu, Travis Scott, Beyonce, Solange, The Obamas, Kanye West, and many others. His work has attracted a growing fan base of a few thousand people on his social media account from around the world. He has also expanded his work through photography from previous entertainment events as well as personal sessions for up and coming models around the Houston area. Another accolade to add to his remarkable list of talents is his background in graphic design into which he has attributed to multiple small and upcoming companies as a brand designer and marketing strategist.
